Juan Carlos began his career in the food service industry as a driver before switching his focus to meat processing. He has used everything he has learned in his twelve years in the industry to propel himself to the position of Plant Supervisor at Kitchen Cuts. His attention to detail ensures production not only meets the USDA standards but meets the high standards held at Kitchen Cuts. Juan Carlos inspects the processing plant and coolers daily to ensure that Kitchen Cuts products are made in only the most sanitary of environments to prevent the spread of disease. Juan Carlos’ years of experience have proven to be essential to him properly coordinating production and ensuring all products are made to the rigorous specifications of our clients.
