Graciela currently oversees all operations in the Tapia Brothers Fresno branch as the General Manager. She first began her career in the foodservice industry as the owner/operator of Maya Inn Restaurant in Westminster, California. She managed the restaurant for many years before ultimately moving to Fresno in 2000 to join the family business. As a young, proud, single mother who never shied away from a challenge, Graciela always found the right balance between work and family. She has created a family-like environment in Fresno in which all employees openly support one another in their accomplishments. She is known for her relentless work ethic, compassion, and un-bias approach in the workplace. Her exceptional work ethic and dedication to Tapia Brothers has been instrumental to the success of its Fresno division.
